This bring back memories when I had chronic acathisia ( a syndrome characterized by unpleasant sensations of "inner" restlessness that manifests itself with an inability to sit still or remain motionless (hence the word's origin in Ancient Greek ?-, a- "without, not" and ???????, káthisis "sitting"), and was a odd year, felt like decades just moving back in forth with my arms tensed up and crossed over like Pink Floyds comfortably numb video, in fact the video too triggers a lot o my past.....the NO ROOTS CD helped me through a rough time, got the medication for schizophrenia sorted eventually after a protest I did escaping the ward, but was not a good time just sitting in front of my dad and sister while they said 'nothing relevant' while I got home for the day and blocked the TV. Strange times..strange days no? Okay now thanks just a memory.
